TransEnerCliMa is an idea born on March 3, 1997 in the first class of Transportation and Quality of Life of a Master of Transportation, when the professor mentioned among transport externalities (unwanted adverse effects) to the Greenhouse Effect and Acid Rain, phenomena unknown at the time by the adult audience characteristic of a graduate.

That idea turned into thesis topic to know the meaning and importance of both. On November 12, 2001, the thesis entitled ¨ The Planet Global Climate Change and Transport ¨ was defended orally and publicly in the auditorium of the Technical College Community College of the Argentine Army (Military University).As in many cases, given the significant inconsistencies detected and the danger of the phenomenon, the author continued the investigation after the defense, publishing articles with the result of their findings.

The enormity of the task and the difficulty of measuring parameters and comparison of such disparate forces, he is asked by each of the many articles published, the intervention of global scientific body set up to understand on Climate Change, known as IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) reporting to the UN (United Nations).

The self-imposed challenge was to try to measure by the literature search, compare, establish the importance of each in what was dubbed the Resulting Climate.

Following the failure to achieve such significant participation or may not have perceived it, and the need to stop having the definition of the problem as a condition for achieving the ultimate aim of this study was to design a proposal over transport system and energy transport medium and long term, were decided as a criterion of truth the more dangerous possibility, which was to accept without evidence as true the theory of acceleration of global warming caused by the activity of Man.
