Make a few years, exactly, in March 1997, began a Post Graduate Career in Technical High School of the Argentine Army, Military University is the academic education of Military Engineers.
He was a Master of Transportation. The title of this Master's exit, was the Master (Magister) in Transport. The Curriculum, covering 2 years of Masters, to obtain a Certificate of having completed, and then the public oral defense of a thesis, to crown the effort with Title enabling as a Master in Transportation.

After four years of preparation, on 12 November 2001, I defended orally and publicly, before a mixed jury, composed of scientists of CONICET, and highly qualified Graduate Teachers belonging to the Technical College.

The jury consisted of: a PhD in Physics, who was the Chief Justice, a PhD in physics, as a Member of the Court, and a chemical engineer, also a Member of the Tribunal. In addition, the jury had a secretary who led the entire Act, and captured the jury's verdict in the book of Records.

Doctors in Physics, belonged to the CONICET. The Chemical Engineer and Secretary, who was an industrial engineer and PhD in Economics, both belonged to the Technical College. The Secretary, was also the permanent Director of the Master of Transportation.

On the other hand, was the Godfather or Guardian of the thesis, a Chemical Engineer from the Technical College, and the Defender of the thesis, which was I, a Colonel of Cavalry and Chief of Staff of the Argentine Army and the Forces Armed. This story will continue.
